A common man in London tries to help a counter-espionage agent who is attempting to prevent top secret government information from leaving the country. However, when the agent is killed, our innocent hero stands accused of murder. He must now go on the run -- both to clear his name and to stop the villainous spy ring from stealing military secrets.
